The Annual General Meeting of the Association will take place at
Newport Vics., at 7:30pm on Tuesday 26th June 2012.
If you have any proposals to be considered at this meeting, please inform me in writing by Tuesday 15th May (County Rules 10.5.6) These will be considered at our committee meeting on Thursday 24th May and will be circulated to all clubs.
Similarly, if anyone in your club wishes to stand for office please let me have the name(s) and positions they wish to stand for in writing by 15th May.
Any proposals or names of candidates received after this date cannot be considered under our rules.
